Honeysuckle Associates are a Dorset based building company specialising in rural developments. Sofiano’s brief for the website was that Honeysuckle want to promote their services as dairy barn constructors to dairy farmers nationally.
Sofiano worked to design the website to showcase their objective and to develop content and copy to directly target the dairy farming community. This involved extensive research with the following stakeholders;
- Interview, testimonial and case study development with the farmer at Fir Tree Farm (including permissions to film on site).
- Research/questionnaire with planners and steel frame construction companies.
- Research with Tesco (dairy farm standards/production).
- UK milk production research – Mintel.
The optimised site also includes the following dynamic attributes;
- Video production to demonstrate the ease of construction and efficiency of Honeysuckle builders.
- Sliding featured content on the home page with bullet points to sum up features and linking to other areas of the site.
- An RSS feed on the home page of Dairy Industry news to keep content fresh and up to date, aiding the site’s optimisation to their Dairy farming target market.
